Purpose: A topographic-style map created for the officials at Harney County who have partnered with FEMA ( Federal Emergency Management Agency) to map out the United States' elevation levels and contours for the Harney County for preliminary analysis before doing additional spatial analysis for flood risk.

• Created custom labels for the scalebar, legend, and north arrow.

• United States boundary was map-projected to USA Contiguous Equidistant Conic
